| 'Blown Away'
5th August - 28th October 2006 |
The Craft Centre and Design Gallery is excited to present a wonderful showcase celebrating the work of designers who specialise in glass blowing. Our carefully chosen designers working in this medium show how diverse the technique can be as they offer a vast range of designs, colours and forms to produce highly original and innovative pieces of contemporary art. The showcase also aims to highlight the technical side to such a discipline to demonstrate to the public what a skilled craft glass blowing really is. |
