Ceramics
Inspiration is taken from the natural surroundings of the Gower Peninsular as a starting point for the ceramic vessels of Kirsty Guise. Kirsty either casts or hand builds using smooth clay and decorates with a raku glaze and gold or silver leaf.

Sarah Tanner uses the interplay between land and sea as a basis for her work. She looks at the rhythmical motion created as the sea washes in and out, and tries to capture these traces of movement in the liquidity of plaster as it is spun wet in a manner akin to throwing.

Glass
Mandy Clapson works with hot glass to create delicately coloured free blown forms. Her work will be displayed alongside the free blown glass of Ingrid Pears who creates organic pieces developed from rock formations and the sea.
