work of five innovative jewellery designers whose work in some way has
translucent or opaque qualities.
This showcase will complement the exhibition
"New Glass".

The work on display will include:
tactile cast resin with threads and pearls by Kathie Murphy,
glass-like acrylic pebble pieces by Nuala Jamison, colourful polyester
resin with embedded silver wire and tissue paper by Carla Edwards,
acrylic items decorated with metallic foils and coloured compounds
by Gail Klevan
and laminated flowers and petals delicately transformed into wearable
pieces by Grainne Morton.
