In-Store Exchange and Returns Policy

Exchanges - Unwanted gifts can be brought back for exchange only, providing they are returned in perfect condition with a valid 2 Week Gift Receipt, which can be given at time of purchase upon request. Pierced earrings are excluded from our exchange policy.

 

Returns - Please note that the Gallery does not offer refunds on items purchased in-house unless the item is faulty. Due to the handmade nature of the work, we will contact the original maker to discuss a repair or replacement in the first instance. If the piece is deemed to have been damaged following purchase without design fault, a refund will not be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any refunds issued will be made via Leeds City Council.

 

Workshops - A full refund can be issued with a valid cancelation up to 7 days in advance of the workshop date via the Eventbrite online booking system. No refund can be offered after this time.

Online Delivery, Returns & Refund Policy

Postage- We aim to post your items within two days of receiving your order wherever possible. Where we have gallery closure due to Bank Holidays, Christmas or staff illness we will post immediately upon our return.

 

We will contact you directly if we expect significant delays.

Orders are posted either Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Special Delivery - this is specified at checkout and is decided by the item price so as to ensure your parcel is fully insured against loss or damage.

 

If you require an alternative postage option to the one noted in the product description, please contact the gallery before making your purchase.

 

Free Click & Collect- You can collect your purchases from our Leeds city centre gallery for free, by selecting the CLICK & COLLECT shipping option at checkout. Please note the gallery opening times and seasonal/bank holiday closures before making your journey to the gallery. You will need to show proof of purchase by way of your email confirmation in order for the gallery to hand over your purchased item/items

 

Returns- If you have changed your mind about your purchase or deem the item to be faulty, please contact the gallery as soon as you have received the item and we will liaise with you about how best to move forward. Returned items should be sent back within 14 days of you receiving the item.

 

You must not send any item back without contacting the gallery first.

 

If the gallery approves a refund it can take up to 14 days for the money to be returned to your account. It will be paid by Leeds City Council via a direct bank trasfer. A refund will only be considered if the item is returned to the gallery within 14 days of you receiving it. It must arrive back to us in perfect saleable condition including any original product packaging or tags.

 

You as the customer are responsible for paying for return postage, as regretfully the gallery does not offer free returns. We strongly advise that it be returned using the same service as it was posted out to you (this is to ensure the parcel is fully insured should it be lost or damaged in the post).

 

i.e. Sent Special Delivery from the gallery, must be returned Special Delivery to the gallery.
